After u click "create a new blog" you will find this page

• Here in "blog title" u'll have to write the name of ur blog or website . for ex. title of this blog is "earn free money"
  
• And in the "Blog URL address" u'll have to write the website name . for ex. URL of this site is "itsurmoney"
  

NOTE: your blog's actuall URL will be "yourname.blogspot.com" where "yourname" is the name u provided.
