Well... after u'll click that , u'll be taken to adsense website . sign up there using the same id and password which u have used to make ur blog.
after u register there.u'll get confirmation message in ur mail.confirm it. now google adsense will watch ur blog and approve it (chances for approving is 99 %). u'll get approvel letter within 3 days,till then build ur website.BUILD A GOOD WEBSITE so that it can attract loads of visitors.so that u can earn money.u'll get money on each clicks.
