STEP-2
After u click "create a new blog" you will find this page

Here in "blog title" u'll have to write the name of ur blog or website . for ex. title of this blog is "earn free money"
And in the "Blog URL address" u'll have to write the website name . for ex. URL of this site is "itsurmoney"

NOTE: your blog's actuall URL will be "yourname.blogspot.com" where "yourname" is the name u provided.

All right....... i'll tell u how to make your website (blog) step by step ....

STEP 1 :
Open the website www.blogger.com

STEP 2 :
In that site you'll find this

In the above pic you'll find 2 options i.e OPTION-1 and OPTION-2

So if u want to use your already existing Gmail account for blogger then go for OPTION-1 i.e. simply login with ur gamil id and password.

But if u dont have gmail account or want to make another account then click OPTION-1 . and you will be taken to a page for creating a new account . so make a new account there....
